Reading injectors

Hello, couple of years ago I bought the reader and installed fordiag so I could recode the code of a inje tor of my mondeo tdci of 2002 and worked fine.
Today I want to recode an other injector and the program fordiag and it could not read the injectors anymore, I couldn't push the button "read".
What could be the problem?

Hi.

It is long time what I worked on it, but I think pre-face lift version of Delphi TDCI (two ECUs, separate PCM + ICM) does not support reading of injectors numbers.
But supports writing without problem.

New "one module" version of Delphi does reading.

I had to replace injector 1 in cylinder 1 because it was bad. The car run at 3 cylinders.
Now he's running back on 4 cylinders but still smokes a lot at start en while driving it stutters in the beginning and ceeps smelling a lot of diesel.
Also i hear a sort of rattling, i think injectors

No check engine light ... seems proper coded.
