Hello all, I´m new here and I get my Interface for USB and software last weekend. I had installed the fordiag software 2.7 on my laptop with WinXP SP2, by following the manual. But the Interface will not be found. I choose the right comport too and I try with Fordiag 2.6 too. I install Fordiag and the driver on my destop PC with Win 7 but it dosen´t work. I get always the message "Not found" and after klicking " Interface connecting " "Port com3 is not open Error Nr.2 and Error Nr.20001, on both PC´s the same. Must there lighting on of the led when I plugt in the USB connector? When I pluged in the Interface in the USB port the driveristalliation startet automatically, when have installed the driver bevore. hope for some helping regards Bahram |

Hi and welcome ! Did you have interf. connected in a car while you trying .... ? Starting from version 4 it must be connected in OBD/DLC connector. Version 4 is electrically isolated (USB cable from a car) and have power source only from car connector. |

Ahoj. Mám stejný problém jako kolega výše. Měl jsem zapůjčený ntb s Win7 a vše bez problémů. Nyní na Win10 vyzkoušeno na PC + NTB a nic. Chyba č. 20001 a hláška: Port COM1 otevřen. Chyba při připojování interface ! Na dolní liště svítí zeleně jen Port com1. Ani Interface, ani ECU nesvítí. Prosím o radu jak dál. Děkuji. |

Program je nyni nastaven tak ze hleda interface na portu COM1, ale s nejvetsi pravdepodobnosti, bude interface na jinem COMu. Tedy: - spustit program - vlevo nahore v menu klepnout na "Nastaveni" - tam volba COM portu - vybrat spravny COM, nebo klepnout na "Hledej interface" (pokud je interface verze 4.x, musi byt v te dobe pripojen v aute !, jinak se nenajde) Je to popsane v posledni verzi navodu. |
